This day long interactive training program gives participants the opportunity to learn more about LGBT issues. The goal is professional development — systemic change for the organization and increased professional skills for the individual.
This is a one day training (five hours). It can be modified as a half-day training (two to four hours)
For Cultural Competency training on a Institutional or organizational level we recommend participating in our Open Door Task Force.
